Vitalzym: Vitalzym Side Effects

vitalzym

Vitalzym side effects issue is being reviewed here. Based on the extensive research, it seems there’re no adverse side effects from taking this enzymes supplement. Many nutritionists also recommend it to their patients, one of them is dr. Wong. But,…

Vitalzym (vitalzyme) enzyme ingredients are 100% vegetarian, so make sure you don’t have any allergies to them, especially pineapples and papaya.

Before you start consume vitalzym, you have to understand that there’re “POSSIBILITY” you will feel cleansing or detoxification reactions for few days or a week or more for the first time. That’s why, it’s very important that you take it gradually. Some of the reactions are headache, increased bowel movements, nausea, urine odor and color changes, skin rashes and flu (suggestion: drink a lot of water to ease the symptoms).

Please read the user directions, the warnings, how many dosages that you have to take (just remember that the one given on the label is meant as a maintenance dose for those without any complaints). You may want to consult your health condition with your health care professional.

While the vitalzym advantages and vitalzym side effects should be evaluated thoroughly by the individual based on their own needs and goals, it is proven to be as natural, safe, easy, most recommended and effective option available today in providing enzymes for our body.

Important! If you can’t tolerate the reactions resulted from cleansing or detoxification reactions while taking vitalzym (vitalzyme), it’s suggested that you contact the manufacturer, World Nutrition, Inc. or your doctor. Please take a note of this manufacturer. Just be patience, they will help you with your issue.

  4. IF YOU ARE TAKING VITALZYM, AND YOU GET STOMACH ACHE OR DISCOMFORT, IT SAYS THAT YOU ARE NOT TAKING ANY PROTEIN WITH YOUR DIET.
IF YOU ADD VEGETARIAN SOURCE PROTEIN WITH YOUR MEAL AND THEN TAKE VITALZYM AS DIRECTED AFTER THE MEAL; THERE WILL BE NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT.
ALSO CHECK YOUR ACID LEVEL IN YOUR MOUTH (SPIT) IT MAY BE TOO HIGH, ADD SOME VEGETARIAN DIET TO BRING IT DOWN. IT WILL HELP.
    ENJOY.

  6. Hi- For how long can you take Vitalzym. Months, years?
And what is the most you can take in 1 day?
    Thank-you for the reply.

  7. Hi Leonora, Vitamins are actually cofactors to enzymes. Enzymes enhance the effect of vitamins. But, it is recommended to take vitamins with food and Vitalzym separately on an empty stomach.

  8. Hi Augustine,
In this case, the increased bowel movement is due to the detox reaction or cleansing from systemic enzymes. In this phase, the toxins are released which are considered a good thing, so it won’t lead to bowel obstruction or other conditions. Drinking plenty of water will help reduce the effects of the detox reaction as water will remove the toxins through the bowels. Hope this help.
