A list that you need to do when taking Vitalzym 

·   Take the dosage as recommended by a physician (Vitalzym is not a prescription medicine, but categorized as dietary supplement).

·   Always drink a lot of water (don’t use hot or warm water).

·   This will make sure that the systemic enzymes can get into the intestinal tract, then bloods will deliver them to all the organ and the system in the body that need them.

·   Some enzymes need water to become active.

·   Water will reduce the effects of cleansing process (detoxifiying), but this is not           considered as the side effects.

·   Enzymes is heat sensitive, it can destroy the enzymes.

·   Take Vitalzym on an empty stomach, 60 minute before or after a meal or anytime            between meals, so this systemic enzymes will work through the whole organ and system in our body as it’s intended. But if you  take it  with  your  meal  then it  will  work as digestive enzymes that breakdown food in stomach, which is fine but it will cost you more money. 

·   You can take also your other nutritional, herbal supplements, magnesium, zinc,    vitamins, minerals with this Vitalzym.

·   You may consult with your doctor if you got specific health conditions.

·   Finally please, keep the Vitalzym’s lid tightly closed and store it in a cool and dry place  (doesn’t need to be in refrigerator).

·   You may get significant positive effect in 3 days or a months.

·   Going to get a surgery (stop taking it 2 weeks before surgery).

·   Alergic to citrus, vitamin C, pineapples, papaya.

·   Using anti coagulants or blood thinners, such as Coumadin, Heparin adn Plavix.

·   Get anemia.

For women only

·   If you’re attempting to become pregnant, pregnant, or breastfeeding (at least always  consult it with your family physician).

·   When you’re menstruating, because you can have more bleeding (Vitalzym can thin the   blood but won’t over doing it).
